Auxilium's Outcome-Based Workshops are a much better approach. These programs are designed to enable change at both the individual and organizational levels – with guaranteed results.

At the organizational level, we first collaborate with managers and executives to define measurable business outcomes, and then a team is formed that is accountable for results. We work with the team until the measurable outcome is achieved. Education is often a major aspect of achieving sustainable improvements, but is not the focus of the activity. The outcomes are the focus.

At the individual level, the outcome-based workshop materials are designed to allow workshop participants to immediately apply what they’ve learned and practiced during our educational sessions. Your objective is to improve the performance of your organization. During the process we conduct an in-depth assessment that measures applicability and commitment to action. We work with managers and executives to develop business related metrics that you will track over time. Examples of outcomes include improved margins, reduced time-to-market, elimination of waste, and reduced project costs. We collaborate with your management team to identify, document and track the metrics.
