There’s a dark secret in the training industry: Approximately 80% of what people are exposed to in typical professional training sessions is forgotten within one week, and the majority of participants will implement very little of what they learn.

 

Auxilium's Outcome-Based Workshops are a much better approach. These programs are designed to enable change at both the individual and organizational levels – with guaranteed results.


At the organizational level, we first collaborate with managers and executives to define measurable business outcomes, and then a team is formed that is accountable for results. We work with the team until the measurable outcome is achieved. Education is often a major aspect of achieving sustainable improvements, but is not the focus of the activity. The outcomes are the focus.

 

At the individual level, the outcome-based workshop materials are designed to allow workshop participants to immediately apply what they’ve learned and practiced during our educational sessions. Our workshops always includes a comprehensive guide with step-by-step instructions, templates, examples and process maps your employees can use for years to come – not just hard copies of PowerPoint slides.
